Private Assessment
Most analysis here is public. For decisions that can't be evaluated publicly (upcoming acquisitions, leadership transitions, rebrands, crisis response), I provide confidential narrative risk assessment.
Pricing reflects the gravity of the decision and the cost of getting it wrong. Not billed by the hour. Not billed by page count. Each engagement is scoped around a specific decision where narrative contradictions could undermine trust, strategy, or execution.
If the public work resonates and you are sitting with a decision that has similar characteristics, that is enough to reach out. A gap between what is being said internally and what the data shows, a transition that is not landing the way it was supposed to, a narrative that worked until it didn't. You do not need to have it figured out.
You do not need to name the company in your first message. A brief description of the decision type and the timeline pressure is enough to determine whether this is worth pursuing.
